Thanks for shopping with The Gilded Teapot. We want you to be 100% happy with your order, so here’s our returns policy.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Here’s what to do:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will check it over and notify you that we have received it. We’ll get in touch with you right away on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, you shall have a choice to either receive a replacement item, credit to spend here on something else, or a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Sale items aren’t eligible for refunds.

Shipping

Initially, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬≠refundable at this point. However! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund. All replacement items will be sent at no cost to you.
