From old growth plantations in West Guatemala, this full bodied medium roast takes much longer to produce than other coffees, and is mainly produced by small holders specifically for the gourmet market.

The coffee bushes are over 100 hundred years old and grown under the shade of banana trees, resulting in a slow growth for an outstanding flavour.

Incredibly high quality with a refined, creamy flavour this coffee is ideal with milk or cream, but is also excellent black.
