Monsoon Malabar
Handpicked in the Malabar region of India, this particular coffee is truly unique. The beans are exposed to the Monsoon rains, causing them to swell and take on a rich flavour with lots of body yet low in acidity. The Monsoon process was discovered during the time of the British Raj, where sacks of coffee waiting on the docks for shipment were doused by the rains.
