Rum Punch Spice Mix

Rum punch! These individual packets are a wonderful festive string to your bow. They make for excellent stocking fillers, and are incredibly handy to keep in the cupboard, ready to whip up a warm rum punch at a moments notice.

 

Hot Rum Punch Method:  Add 200ml dark rum, 100ml brandy and 700ml clear apple juice to a saucepan. Add one packet of spice mix and warm gently on a medium heat. Careful not to let it boil.  Serve hot, with a pinch of ground nutmeg if you fancy.

Ingredients: Sugar, Cinnamon, Lemon Peel, Clove, Nutmeg, Allspice.
