Toasted Hojicha
Organic toasted Bancha and tea stalks from a small, family run tea garden in Mie. Picked during the late summer season, this moreish infusion is gently roasted in porcelain pots over charcoal giving an intense, deep amber infusion. A fascinating tea with subtle, baked nutty notes and hints of dark cocoa – makes a great accompaniment to a meal. Naturally low in caffeine.
