Stone milled organic Matcha tea, ground from the finest young, tender shade-grown tea leaves in southern Kyushu, Japan, by Shigeru and his family. This most unusual of teas contains over 100 times more antioxidants than your usual cup of green tea and is rich in vitamins E, A and C. Uplifting, invigorating, and extraordinary.

To infuse, simply place one teaspoon in water between 70-75 degrees (freshly drawn and cooled after boiling) and whisk in a bowl for a little over a minute until a foam appears on the surface.
